Rate Management: An Interactive Presentation On Managing Your Rates and Maximizing Your Income
Rate Management can provide your facility an extra boost in revenue and increase the value of your facility. We will crowdsource questions on rate management and discuss the who, what, when and why you should be doing it, and strategies on how to implement rate management or take it to the next level.
This session will be led by Kevin Leebrick. In 2010, Kevin Leebrick stumbled into the storage industry and found his passion. Within three years of starting in the industry, he became an investor in his first property in Charlotte, North Carolina called NoDa Self Storage. In 2015 Kevin started My Storage Ops, providing operators more efficient and profitable operations including due diligence and feasibility studies of their properties and development deals. In 2018, My Storage Ops officially launched its third party management company solely focused on self-storage and truly operating them in absence of the owner. Kevin Leebrick and My Storage Ops extensive knowledge helps clients improve their operational performance and teach them how to maximize their potential. Kevin is a contributor to the Inside Self Storage and Self-Storage Association Magazines with several articles, is a guest speaker at numerous storage conventions and currently is serving a 2-year term as President of the NCSSA.
